We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lil' Pick Me Ups.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging.
- Personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless defective by manufacturer. To initiate a claim for a defective item, clients must submit photographic and/or video proof of the defect at the time the item is received.
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only such as:
Manufacturing or Production Defects

Printing errors (misaligned graphics, missing design elements).

Defective stitching, broken zippers, or loose seams.

Faulty product construction or malfunction (e.g., mug handle breaks during first use).

Damage During Shipping

Item arrives broken, bent, or visibly crushed.

Stains or water damage due to poor packaging or mishandling by the carrier.

What does not qualify for exchange:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery (e.g., washing instructions ignored, item dropped or scratched by customer).
- Normal wear and tear.
- Color variations due to screen differences (unless significantly different from listing).
4. Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
