Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Lil' Pick Me Ups. 

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging.
  • Personalized/custom items are non-returnable unless defective by manufacturer. To initiate a claim for a defective item, clients must submit photographic and/or video proof of the defect at the time the item is received.
  • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7 business days after inspection.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    3. Exchanges
    We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only such as: 

    Manufacturing or Production Defects

      • Printing errors (misaligned graphics, missing design elements).

      • Defective stitching, broken zippers, or loose seams.

      • Faulty product construction or malfunction (e.g., mug handle breaks during first use).

    • Damage During Shipping

      • Item arrives broken, bent, or visibly crushed.

      • Stains or water damage due to poor packaging or mishandling by the carrier.

    • What does not qualify for exchange:
      • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care after delivery (e.g., washing instructions ignored, item dropped or scratched by customer).
      • Normal wear and tear.

      • Color variations due to screen differences (unless significantly different from listing).

      4. Return Shipping
      Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
